▢ Where to put trash and recyclables

▢ Noise level in the area ※ Try opening the windows!

▢ Storage space, floor plan

▢ Space for refrigerator, washing machine, etc.

▢ Any furniture, appliances, etc.

♦ STEP 3. Application ・ Contract

▢ Are rent ・ contract fees within budget?

▢ When can you move in?

▢ Fill out application form

▢ Wait for background check ※ Additional documents may be required

▢ Confirm and prepare documents and money

▢ Make payment ※ Please note the payment method and deadline

▢ Pick up your keys ※ Normally the day before or day of moving in
