３：Make an appointment

Please contact the staff member in charge if you would like to set up a meeting or look at apartments.
Meetings or property viewings can take some time, and we will try to not overlap with other obligations.

４：Visit us!

Welcome!
Now is the time to ask any questions you may have.
We will explain everything, the good and the bad.
Please always have your ID with you.

５：Let's go see an apartment!

Bring along a tape measure and take photos/notes in order to plan your furniture/appliances.
Take note of the surroundings as well, such as super markets, clinics, drug stores, etc.    

６：Fill out an application

If you are satisfied with the property, please let us know.
We will proceed with an application.
Depending on the property, we may require an application fee and/or your ID (passport/residence card).

７：Background check

This process takes about one week.
Additional documents may be required to complete the background check.
The management or guarantor company may contact you, your guarantor, and/or your emergency contact during the process.

８：Prepare for contract signing

We will contact you with the documents and/or payment required for the contract signing.
Please prepare these ahead of your contract appointment. 
These may vary depending on the property.

９：Sign the contract!

Once your background check is complete, we will move on to the contract signing.
During your appointment, we will explain everything on the contract as well as the move-in process, so please feel free to ask us any questions!

１０：Move in!

Once everything is complete, it's time to move in!
Please contact the power, water, & gas companies ahead of your move-in date to get your service started!
