In order to better help our foreign customers, we have built a multinational team.

♦ Sayaka Oyama (小山　彩)

It's been ten years since I moved to Tokyo from Sendai. I go to concerts, play darts, do yoga, and go on walks during my free time! I always work my hardest to find apartments that are to my customers' satisfaction, in the best way I know how - with a positive attitude! Please feel free to consult with me regarding anything, even outside of apartment searching!

♦ Ianroi Suzuki (鈴木　イヤンロイ)

Despite being born and raised in Japan, I'm Filipino. I'm mixed with Filipino, Spain, and Japan. I am able to think with the values of not just Japan, but other cultures as well. Other than searching for a place to stay, I understand the struggles and hardships of living in Japan as a foreigner, so please feel free to consult with me. 
I do a lot of sports on my free time as well!"

♦ Gosen (ゴセン)

I worked in the real estate industry in China for 3 years but came to Japan to study because I loved Japanese culture. In total, I have studied Japanese for 5 years and I graduated with a degree in Chinese-Japanese translation. I've moved twice while in Japan, so I know all about the difficulty of house hunting as a foreign student. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you have!

♦ Kyoko Kawada (川田　京子)

I love traveling abroad and on a good year, I go overseas 3 times! I have also lived in Canada and worked in Australia. Even in Japan I would love to be helpful to foreign students. I am doing my best to be able to support everyone in their house hunting journey! Having lived in Japan as well as abroad, I hope my experiences can be of use as you search for a place to stay!
